Philosophy of Our Center
We respect every person and provide compassion, dignity and privacy. We treat all mental health conditions anxiety , depression , Post traumatic stress disorder , eating disorders , Attention Deficit hyperactivity disorder, marital issues , Addictions, Loss and Grief . We provide family and individual counseling in order to help those work through their issues and improve their communication skills and feel heard in their lives and the world . We also work with Teens and offer Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in a Group Format Medication at times is necessary in helping alleviate symptoms . We are licensed to diagnose, treat and prescribe Psychotropic medications We educate what the indications and side effect profiles for each medication is and the importance for compliance.

As a licensed psychotherapist I specialize in family therapy and helping clients navigate difficult life transitions.
